What bookkeeping services do you offer?

We specialize in QuickBooks Online. We work remotely and utilize online video chat services for meetings. We also utilize could based software for easy and secure document uploads and transfers.

How does the weekly bookkeeping process work?

We analyze and record all your business transactions through QuickBooks online on a weekly basis and will contact you on your scheduled day to request additional information as needed.

How often and how do I send documents to you?

We will need copies of your bank statements and any credit card statements each month. We are able to setup a connection between QuickBooks and your bank account so that you can focus on your business while we handle your accounting. You can also send us your monthly statements. We utilize secure cloud based software for uploading your documents and email for delivery.

When can I expect to receive my monthly financial statements?

Financial reports are delivered to you by the 10th of each month to help you better plan for your business.

What if my books are behind schedule or need to be cleaned-up?

That is not a problem. We can assist in cleaning-up any issues from the past and bring your accounting up-to-date. This will be discussed during the initial consultation.

What if I need tax preparation?

We do not provide personal tax preparation. We can provide form 1120 and 1120-s filing.
